Exhibitor Webinars

The ACA is offering a limited number of exhibitor webinar spots for ACA Corporate Members at a rate of $500 USD.  As part of the webinar package, the company/organization will receive a dedicated ACA Zoom room where exhibitors can share presentations, take questions and talk with attendees.  The webinar reservation also includes:

  • Webinars Listed and Promoted on Meeting Schedule

  • 15-minute presentation with 15-minute Q&A

  • 1 ACA Staff Member Provided (technical and logistical support)

  • ACA Corporate Members Only: $500 per Session

Scheduled so as to not to with sessions or other events, we are offering a limited number of exhibitor webinar spots. We will do our best to work with you to find a preferred date/time, however no specific date is guaranteed. Space is assigned on a first-come first-served basis.

Webinar Refund Policy

  • Cancellation requests should be made in writing to ACA Headquarters.

  • Requests received on or before June 1, 2021, will receive 100% of the total remittance.

  • Requests received between June 1, 2021 and July 2, 2021 will be honored minus 50% of the total remittance.

  • Fees will not be refunded after July 2, 2021.
