Everyone attending the 2020 ACA meeting, including session chairs, must submit a registration form with the appropriate fee. Exhibitors who present a talk or poster must also register as a meeting participant. Those submitting an abstract must also be registered for the meeting prior to submission.

If you are an ACA member and have an ACA username and password, simply log into your account to register as a member.  You will be prompted to pay dues prior to registering for the meeting.

Registered participants will receive a name badge securing admission to the opening reception, exhibit show and scientific sessions. Fees for workshops and certain social events are separate from the registration fee. If you are attending a workshop as an organizer or presenter, you must register for that workshop. Workshop organizer’s registration fee for their workshop will be waived (via a coupon code provided by ACA HQ to the listed organizers).

A discounted registration level has been added to assist attendees living in Canada, but only with early-bird registration. This is offered only to verified Canadian residents. Anyone incorrectly claiming the discount will be required to pay the difference in registration fees.

This year the ACA also provides an “ACA Member PLUS” registration option that covers both the registration for the 2020 ACA meeting and 2021 ACA membership dues and may allow dues reimbursement.  You will pay one fee and receive a coupon code (via email after the meeting and when the membership window is open in October of 2020) to renew your next year’s ACA membership (after registration is paid).   If you do not receive a code or experience any issues activating your membership please contact ACA HQ.

One-day registration is limited to ACA members who are students or post-docs and are enrolled at a college or university that is located within 100 miles of the city of San Diego. Also, with prior written approval from the session chair, ACA members who are invited speakers and will attend only on the day of their talk may register for a single day. Anyone found not to meet the requirements of either category will immediately responsible for the difference in registration fees.

Registration as a Non-Member includes all items listed for member registration, above, and membership in the ACA for the remainder 2020.

Guests may not attend meeting sessions. Registration for a “Guest” or “Child” is a fixed price, regardless of event participation.
