The ACA is thrilled to announce the 73rd  Annual Meeting of the American Crystallographic Association (ACA2023), taking place in Baltimore, Maryland from July 7-11, 2023. For exhibitors and sponsors, ACA2023 offers unique opportunities for unparalleled engagement with an international forum of scientists of all career levels. Name badges and event tickets are required for all events. Name badges and event tickets for all personnel from exhibiting companies must be picked up at the registration area.  Each regular (for-profit) booth reservation includes two regular registrations with non-profits receiving one full registration.  If you are presenting then you must register as a regular attendee.    


Appropriate Conduct

All participants are expected to observe the rules and behaviors described in the Code of Conduct in all conference venues, including online venues, and conference social events.


Refund Policy for Exhibitors:

Cancellation requests should be made in writing to ACA Headquarters.

For cancellations initiated by the exhibitor and written cancellation request received on or before June 1, 2023, all booth rental fees will be returned to the exhibitor.

After June 1, 2023, no refunds will be made.

If the meeting is canceled by the society at any time, all booth fees will be refunded in full. Beyond booth fees, neither Exhibit Management, the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront, nor will the society assume any responsibility for travel, booth furnishings, design and marketing fees, or any other expense related to exhibition.
